Olivier de Weck is Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Engineering Systems at MIT where he teaches Technology Roadmapping and Development, Aerospace Engineering and Multidisciplinary Design Optimization. He is a Fellow of INCOSE and Associate Fellow of AIAA. He worked with NASA’s Office of Emerging Space to develop the new Commercial Space Technology Roadmaps in 2018 and is a former Sr. VP of Technology Planning and Roadmapping at Airbus, where he was responsible for roadmapping a $1 billion R&D portfolio for the world’s largest aircraft manufacturer.
After a 29 year career in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Agricultural Chemical Industries, Dr. Reza Rahaman returned to MIT in 2018. Reza was the Vice President of Research, Development, and Innovation for the Specialty Division of the Clorox Company. In that role he was accountable for developing innovation strategies for a diverse set of businesses and ensuring robust technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines to deliver growth and profit targets for 45% of the Clorox Company portfolio ($2.7bn in net customer sales).
